These terms apply to ardocore.com, the pre-launch website for ARDO, operated by Phoboz Interactive Ltd. By using the site, you accept them. If you're granted access to ARDO itself, that access is governed by its own agreement, not by these terms.
What this site is
ardocore.com describes ARDO, a product currently in closed beta, and lets you request early access. The content is provided for general information: it isn't an offer, a quotation or professional advice, and the product and this site can change as the beta progresses.
The figures on the site are our own measured results. The methodology behind each one is set out in the footer of the homepage.
Requesting access
Submitting the access form is a request, not a purchase and not a guarantee of access. We review every request for fit and reply personally. Please keep the information you submit accurate.

Our content
The content of this site (the text, design, imagery, and the ARDO name and logo) belongs to Phoboz Interactive Ltd. or its licensors. ARDO™ is a trade mark of Phoboz Interactive Ltd.
You're welcome to view the site, link to it and quote it fairly. Don't republish substantial parts of it, use the brand in a way that suggests endorsement, or use the content commercially without our permission.
Acceptable use
Keep it simple:
- Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it.
- Don't use the access form to send spam, malware or unlawful content.
- Don't scrape or harvest data from the site in bulk.
Third-party services
The site relies on a small number of third-party services (hosting, form delivery) and may link to external sites. Those services and sites have their own terms and policies, and we aren't responsible for them.
No warranties
The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, available and secure, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always current, and pre-launch descriptions of ARDO may change.

To the extent the law allows, Phoboz Interactive Ltd. isn't liable for loss or damage arising from your use of this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address, with the date at the top. Using the site after a change means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Phoboz Interactive Ltd. is established, unless the law of your own country grants you protections that cannot be set aside.
