Privacy policy
Last updated: 10 July 2026
This site collects very little. This policy explains, in plain words, what personal information Phoboz Interactive Ltd. handles when you visit ardocore.com or request early access to ARDO, and what we do with it.
Who we are
ardocore.com and ARDO are operated by Phoboz Interactive Ltd. We decide how and why personal information collected through this site is used, which makes us the data controller for it.
For anything in this policy, contact us at hello@ardocore.com.
What we collect
Two things, and nothing more:
- Access requests. When you request early access, we collect your work email address, your company or organisation name, your confirmation that the request is for business or professional use, and, if you choose to provide them, a short description of what you'd build and what best describes you.
- Technical logs. Like almost every website, the infrastructure serving this site keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and when. They are used to keep the site available and secure.
There are no visitor accounts on this site, and we run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics here.
How we use it
We use the information you give us to:
- Review your access request for fit and reply to you personally.
- Contact you about ARDO: early access, the pilot and the launch. Nothing unrelated, and no third-party marketing.
- Operate, secure and improve this site.
Where the law in your country (such as the EU or UK GDPR) requires a legal basis, we rely on the steps you ask us to take before entering a contract (handling your access request), our legitimate interest in running and protecting the site, and your consent where that is required.
Who processes it for us
A small number of service providers help us run this site, and your information passes through them:
- Form delivery. Access requests are transmitted by a hosted form service that forwards each submission to our inbox, where it is then held in our email.
- Hosting. The site is served by a hosting provider, which keeps the technical logs described above. Everything on the site, including its typefaces, is served from that hosting, so viewing the site sends no request to anyone else.
These providers process the information to deliver their service, not for their own marketing. We don't sell personal information.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser for tracking. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
We keep access requests while we're evaluating them and while they stay relevant to the closed beta and the launch. If you ask us to delete yours, we will. Server logs are kept briefly, on our providers' standard schedules.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- See the personal information we hold about you
- Correct it, or have it deleted
- Restrict or object to how it is used
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Withdraw consent, where processing is based on it
To use any of these, email hello@ardocore.com. If you're in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data-protection authority.
Where it is processed
Our service providers may process information outside your own country. Where transfer safeguards are legally required, we choose providers that offer them.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and professional teams. It isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with an updated date at the top.
